We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We will not mark packages as gifts for international orders.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Wrong Shipping Address:
We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address that the customer has submitted during the purchasing process. It is the customers responsibility to re-order their product again with a proper shipping address.
We will not be responsible for delays in shipping including local shipping errors or delays or international customs issues and delays. We will, however, make every effort to resolve any situations if possible.
Damaged or Lost Shipment:
If your package has been damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will notify you as to what procedures will be taken in order to solve this issue. We are not responsible for any shipping errors or damaged shipments by any 3rd party carriers.
All items are shipped with protective packing material to avoid any damage. Damage due to improper installation is the sole responsibility of the consumer. We provide detailed instructions with every purchase regarding proper installation. We recommend beginners install with the wet method and wait 6hrs or longer depending on ambient temperature to remove transfer tape. Installing wet makes it easy to remove all air bubbles and maneuver the decal in to the proper location. Some may find only a few minutes is necessary, however this depends on how well you squeegeed out all traces of water\soap from underneath the transfer tape and decal. If your decal is large we recommend professional installation and or the help of one or more people to avoid damaging the decal. Remember the wetter the transfer tape and vinyl is the less likely the decal will stay adhered to the surface. Our decals are all cut from Oracal High Grade vinyl with medium tact to provide the easiest installation along with the highest durability.
You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a refund with a 20% restocking Fee. Vinyl Decals or prints may not be returned all sales are final. If the vinyl is installed wrong Fusion Art is not responsible to make a reprint, so we suggest you read the installation FAQ thoroughly! If your vinyl print is damaged (Bent, creased or ripped) contact Fusion Art within 24hrs for a free replacement print. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, You must request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before shipping the item back. To do this simply E-mail or call Fusion Art. You will be required to ship to a specific location which may not be the location the item originally shipped from. Returns are only accepted in this time frame and format. Any and all returns shipped without our authorization will be denied and will return to sender. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We do not have a currency converter on our site, but several websites found on Google provide this service free of charge. Items in your shopping cart will always reflect their most recent price. Some discounts and special offers are for a limited time only.
Since we are not there to install a customers product, nor is it possible for us to confirm they applied the product(s) properly, we cannot offer warranty. Our products will last for years as long as they're applied properly. Customers must ensure proper surface preparation before applying our products. We use top of the line materials, Oracal and 3M most commonly. All products are individually inspected before they are packaged and shipped. You, the customer, acknowledge that no warranty is provided in connection with any of the products or services described herein nor its links sites are responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the sale of products, site-related services and/or content or information contained within the site. Fusion Art is NOT responsible for...
1. Customers failure to provide accurate shipping information. (Please be sure your shipping address is up to date with PayPal , otherwise the order will be shipped to the wrong address. Once your order is placed we cannot modify shipping information.) This is to avoid any billing issues as we require all orders to be shipped to the billing address.
2. Customer makes an error while placing order. (Please always double check the contents of your shopping cart before checking out. Once your order has been finalized, we cannot modify, remove, add or cancel items.)
3. Shipping loss or damage. (Customers supply the shipping address, which is then used on their orders packaging that ships to them. If for some reason that package fails to reach the customer, it is the responsibility of USPS (United States Postal Service) to locate the shipment. Once the package leaves our hands, we at Fusion Art have no control over USPS, Fedex or UPS mishandling or damaging items. All orders leave Fusion Art in perfect condition after packaging is inspected. If an item is delivered damaged it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Customers do have the option of shipping insurance, which must be arranged prior to placing the order as insurance cannot be added to an order that has already been placed.)
4. Improper installation of products. (We offer free "Installation Guide" on our website to help our customers with installation of their product. A customer who is not comfortable installing a product should leave it to someone with experience to minimize any risks. Any professional window tinter should be able to install the products we sell.)
5. Customers who misinterpret products. (Please read our product descriptions before purchasing so you know exactly what you are getting as all sales are final.)
6. Typographical errors made by the customer. (Customers should always check their spelling. We produce orders exactly as we receive them so any typos submitted will be on the final product. Corrections must be made by the customer before the order is submitted.)
